THE CREATIVES BRINGS EIGHTEMERGING DESIGNERS TO PARIS
An intimate Spring Summer 2027 presentation placed independent fashion, cultural storytelling and creative exchange at the centre of the room.
The Creatives presented eight independent designers in Bastille during Paris Fashion Week on Saturday, 3rd of October, transforming a characterful gallery space into an intimate platform for fashion, storytelling and direct exchange. The Spring Summer 2027 presentation brought together Atelier Flora, AYATÉ, FREELYFE, MILLSYLDN, FAHRENHEIT, TORNAREINA, TRIMINGHAM and JFLIZE, each offering a distinct perspective on contemporary design.
Rather than separating the runway from its audience, the event moved between presentation and proximity. Following each walk, models remained in the space for live viewing, allowing guests, photographers and industry professionals to examine construction, texture and styling at close range, while meeting the designers and their teams.
“Paris was about creating a space where independent designers could be seen properly, not only from a distance, but through the detail, movement and story of each collection. Bringing these different creative voices together made the presentation feel both international and deeply personal.” - Founder and Director, The Creatives
Atelier Flora

Atelier Flora opened a dreamlike world shaped by imagination and the freedom of the inner child. Sculptural headpieces, expressive colour and unexpected proportions created a playful language that challenged the pressure to conform.
AYATÉ

AYATÉ brought contemporary luxury modest wear into focus through elegant maxi length silhouettes, balancing coverage, refinement and modernity. The collection demonstrated how modest dressing can feel directional, confident and visually precise.
FREELYFE
FREELYFE drew from Kingston nightlife, Yardie culture and a bold Caribbean perspective. Its contribution combined attitude, movement and cultural memory, reinforcing the role of fashion as both self expression and a declaration of identity.
MILLSYLDN

MILLSYLDN explored statement dressing through strong silhouettes, tactile finishes and a sense of drama. The collection added depth to the presentation through its confident handling of volume and material contrast.
FAHRENHEIT

FAHRENHEIT introduced a street informed energy, connecting relaxed proportions and urban references with the heightened impact of the presentation environment. The result felt direct, wearable and performance conscious.
TORNAREINA

TORNAREINA continued its exploration of footwear as a meeting point between movement, innovation and visual identity. The designs challenged the idea that comfort and impact must exist separately, positioning footwear as an active part of the complete silhouette.
TRIMINGHAM

TRIMINGHAM presented A Decade to Tokyo, a collection developed from a long awaited journey to the city and the fabrics, colours and textures discovered while sourcing there. One of one pieces brought together textile exploration, modern British sportswear and the brand’s Caribbean rooted point of view.
JFLIZE

JFLIZE closed the sequence with bold femininity and theatrical styling. Expressive details, dramatic proportions and strong visual statements brought a celebratory finish to a presentation defined by contrast and individuality.
The presentation extended beyond the runway into an industry networking event, connecting designers with press, photographers, stylists, creators and guests. This structure reflected The Creatives’ wider mission: to provide emerging talent with professional visibility while creating genuine opportunities for conversation, collaboration and future growth.
Across the eight collections, the unifying idea was not a single aesthetic. It was the conviction that independent fashion becomes more powerful when designers are given room to define their own visual language. Playfulness sat beside restraint, modesty beside theatricality, and cultural memory beside new forms of luxury.
